I’m a coach, teacher, and mentor with with over 30 years of experience. I’ve spent my career tackling issues by applying creative problem solving techniques to find solutions that innovate and satisfy. I am passionate about finding answers to difficult questions that help individuals find a better path for their life that may not always seem obvious to them at first.

My coaching developed from my passion for experience with others in service and helping people develop their own careers.

I believe that the best coaches guide rather than dictate. I will provide feedback, insights, and even the occasional opinion, but the path you follow must be yours to decide. Unless you have agency in your own life, no amount of coaching will help.
