True. One thing I do not deal with in this particular article is the many risks and dangers (corporate control being № 1!) with how this is being implemented. I’ve talked about it some elsewhere, and plan to bring it up more in the future.
This is one idea from a much bigger picture. In the class, it becomes the starting point for the harder questions: how trust between you and an AI actually works, and how to do UX research without letting AI quietly invent your evidence.
